BMY Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the new construction of the Athletic & Visual Performing Arts Center at Parlier Junior High School through the Lease-Leaseback delivery method.
This ground-up, multi-functional facility is designed to support the school’s music, arts, and athletic programs, enhancing opportunities for student engagement and enrichment. The new building includes a state-of-the-art band room with acoustic treatments, instrument storage, and practice spaces, along with flexible areas to accommodate student gatherings, performances, and sporting events.
