Fresno County Environmental Compliance Center

BMY Construction completed the Fresno County Environmental Compliance Center, a multi-phase project designed to support the county’s hazardous materials management and environmental safety operations. The project was built in three phases to ensure efficient development and functionality.

  • Phase 1: Construction of two covered structural steel canopies and installation of eight hazardous material storage containers for safe and compliant material handling.
  • Phase 2: A 612-square-foot metal-framed office and storage building featuring a 4″ insulated roof, 2″ insulated wall panels, two bathrooms, an office, and a storage room to provide essential workspace and administrative support.
  • Phase 3: A 2,400-square-foot pre-engineered metal warehouse with a 4″ insulated roof and 2″ insulated wall paneling, designed for secure and efficient storage.

Additional site improvements included the installation of new perimeter fencing, xeriscape landscaping, site concrete drives, and grading for non-landscaped areas to enhance durability, security, and sustainability.
