Structural steel and metal framed, Low Voltage, Marquee sign, Fire Alarm infrastructure and associated Site work. Wood doors and decorative Teak millwork throughout the building, on ceilings and walls and reading nooks.10 acres of landscape and site improvements including but not limited to new Trees, Shrubs, Irrigation, along with Hydroseed. Direct BMY work included Concrete Light Pole Bases, Concrete Collars and Bollards, Service Wall Install, Temp Safety Cable Removal, Misc. Steel Fab and Install plus Tree removal.
